August Tide 1998

For a half hour at the lowest tide at Bass Rocks there is a large pool formed by an outer barrier of rocks that slow the waves and undertow. We swim in it until the tide turns. As I am getting out of the water I look down and see this guy. It's too early to think of a name or tell you much more about him except that he seemed friendly enough.
